All orders will be packaged up within 24hours of order being received and processed the following day. Please note, any orders received on a public holiday or over the weekend will be processed the next business working day.

All parcels are tracked. Generally, allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural delivery can take bit longer, often around 5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

We do ship internationally however you are responsible to pay any taxes or duties on delivery to your country.

Australia flat rate $70 : If the shipping comes out cheaper we will refund you ;)

Everywhere else in the world $150 : If the shipping comes out cheaper we will refund you ;)

  3. Your order will be held aside for collection providing payment has been made in full.

Please note that we are also a physical store. This means that there is the potential for someone to be purchasing an item in our store at the same time you are purchasing online. If this does occur we will give preference to the sale that occurred over the counter as we cannot chase someone down the street!
